Ernesto Mazzoni

With more than 30 years in the Restaurant business, extraordinary Chef, Ernesto Mazzoni, had an idea that he would like to again have a venue for serving special food to the public.

But he wanted this time to be a little different; He wanted to spotlight quality wine.

Wine connoisseur Timothy Bulger, had an idea that he would like to share his love of quality wine with the public.  He also wanted to serve excellent food.

These two men also happened to be good friends with a mutual respect for each other’s talents.  As a result, their visions came together and they combined their ideas in the opening of Dolce Vino Wine Bar & Italian Cuisine!
